I have been listening to Robert Penn narrate his book The Man Who Made Things Out of Trees very well done story about the Tree of Life the Ash Tree... Just might be of interest to other Greenwood workers..

I read this and was disappointed in the lack of photographs of the processes and places he visited. A missed opportunity I feel.
While Rob Wood makes it into the book it struck me that some of the objects were not crafted in a traditional manner. For instance an axe handle blank cut out with a band saw is not the best way of doing the job. Other than that it kept me quiet for an afternoon.
