Thats a bit of a monster. Also looks a tad high, lift the bottom end up a bit and it would be more efficient to use.

Great video showing the last whip makers (not sure if it's German or Austrian) - one of the tools used is a shave horse... The guys are all retired, or close to retirement, and the works is being turned into a museum...

It's one of a series called Der Letzte seines Standes? - The Last of their Kind????
