My 2c:
As I saw on the picture at http://www.sayitwithwood.co.uk/index.php/mobile-sawmill, it's the LT 20 series from http://www.wood-mizer.eu/ on a trailer with a band saw cutter. Looking at the surroundings on the picture, I guess it's Diesel powered.
