The Bodger's Home

Association of Polelathe Turners and Greenwood Workers

An apology to our regular visitors; In particular, the users of the Ask and Answer forum. I have managed to get the old server running and hope to extract the last messages on the forum from it tonight (18th August). Once that has been uploaded to the new server I will unlock the forum and folks can once again post their perls of wisdom.

The Bodger's Home is dedicated to spreading knowledge about polelathe turning and greenwood working. The purpose of this, the official APT web site, is to promote green woodworking and all its associated crafts so that once again the woodlands of the world are nurtured and valued as a source of employment and enjoyment.

The Association of Polelathe Turners and Greenwood Workers was created in 1990 by a group of a dozen like minded individuals who wanted to rescue the art of polelathe turning and greenwood working from obscurity. The organisation has a global membership of over 500. Printable Joining Leaflet
