Hi Joe, If you like images like this you should look up an artist called Stanley Anderson. There are several woodcraft pencil sketches in a book called Stanley Anderson Prints: a catalogue raisonné. ISBN 9781907533945 (Rapidly going up in price since I bought a copy). But you may be able to pick up a second hand one cheaper closer to home.
