Liberon Honing Oil

Postby gavin » Wed Mar 19, 2014 10:27 am

I just got 250 ml of Liberon Honing Oil. It is great for knives, and cleans up old, oil-clogged oilstones. You know the black stones you see at yard sales ... esp the ones in nicely made wooden boxes? Chances are if someone cared enough to make a box for it, it is good quality oilstone. I tried japanese waterstones but for me they need so much water I have a minor flood ( or perhaps i did not buy a good enough quality waterstone?)

Anyway - it makes me want to go and sharpen every tool in the shed. It is so quick to get a really good result!
