I can't believe I haven't posted this earlier.
Here's the big invite.

We'll have some pole lathes and shaving horses on the go and we're promised a bicycle lathe too. At present it's a bicycle smoothie maker.
Arrive on Friday and you can enjoy the full moon and have a howl at midnight too.
The bushcraft camp should have some carvers and greenwood workers too.
They've even started their shelter - LINK

Free camping and a 'burn your own BBQ' acoustic music if you provide it.
The Community Woodland Association are having their conference that weekend with us and there are demo areas through the woods over the weekend.

It's really strange because when I'm there it's just a great wood and good place to be but then when something like this happens you realise that there is a great weight of history as it was the first community woodland in Britain and was only purchased 25 years ago.
How quickly things have moved on.
See you there if you can make it.

Society is like a stew. If you don't keep it stirred up, you get a lot of scum on top.--Edward Abbey
