Coronation Event - Sustainable Theme

Hi. I am a Parish Councillor at Botley in Southampton. We are holding a celebration Event on 3/6/23 to celebrate The Kings Coronation. The event has a Sustainable Theme with an avenue of Sustainable vendors selling products and exhibiting Green options. There are other vendors selling mainly local goods with a variety of entertainment with food and drink options. We would welcome a variety of vendors selling green and eco friendly products and exhibitors presenting sustainable options. The anticipated audience is 3-4000, based on a similar event held last year. I look forward to hearing from you and do hope you will be interested in speaking to me about this event.
