Pre-Ball Course Application

The Bodger's Ball 2026 is being held on the 8th to 10th of May at Avoncroft Museum, Worcestershire.

As a member run organisation we would like to encourage those with enough tools, knowledge and teaching know how to get in touch by Monday 2nd March 2026.

‘Suggested Time Slot’ will depend on the length of the course you are running. Pre-ball courses will run Thursday and Friday. If you are suggesting a half day course please indicate whether it is morning or afternoon on these days, or which day for full day courses.

Each course teacher is kindly asked to provide a demonstration during the weekend, in lieu of booking fee, we would appreciate some information with your application of what your offerings could be.

All courses combined will be limited to approximately 200 person capacity. The committee will choose which courses will run and when with due consideration.
