Craftsman Wanted for Demonstrations - Cornwall

I'm a wood craftsman who rents a workshop and a small gallery space (for the past 14 years) at a National Trust property - Cotehele Mill near Saltash, Cornwall, which is open 7 days a week and attracts up to 30,000 people every year.

I'm looking for a pole lathe turner, spoon carver or other suitable craftsman to give me a couple of days off a week (one day being Sunday). All they have to do is be there, working away and available to take payment for my craftware. In return they have workshop facilities, and can sell their own produce in my gallery on those days. It might suit a retired person who just wants a quiet day or two out of the house in a nice environment and who likes talking to people.
