What constitutes a decorated spoon? - Inspired by Dave Cockcroft:

Painted, ebonised, baked or an otherwise modified appearance will be deemed a decorated spoon.

Kolrossing, chip carving and other surface embellishment will also be deemed a decorated spoon.

A simple finial, facets or similar minor shaping to the spoon are not decoration in this sense.
